My bru,Sadly this chapter is about to come to an end.
The plan was always to settle the car and keep it but priorities changed and I was dealt a hand and needed to make a move.
In short my eldest daughter moved out after she graduated and got a job about a year after my divorce and me moving out. Leaving my youngest daughter and son still living with their mom and new guy who moved in about around the same time as the eldest moved out. Daughters call me in a state of panic and tears early hours of the morning early December and shared what the living conditions are like. During the December holidays I made the decision to remove my youngest daughter (she is such a hard worker and dedicated to her studies, always getting distinctions.) from her mom's care and set her up in res and get things in place so she can complete her 4th year LLB. So Miss Romanoff had to go to fund it all. (Kids does not know and I still need to think of a good believable story for when they find out the car is gone as they know how much I love this car)
As much as I love this car I am ok with letting her go (truly the best car I ever owned). A cousin of mine is buying her and will take delivery this week. I do have first option of purchase should he wish to sell her in future.
For now I will be rocking a Figo until I take ownership of a buddies Kia Koup.
I am sad to hear of this however life has dealt you a hand that this car was able to help you through...it is never going to be a regret sell must a meaningful sale. Should you get it back even better, but our kids are our priorities and for now, you did the best thing as a responsible and level-headed Dad!
Respect and Strongs to you bro!
