Not sure if I missed the post, but how many KM's did those bearings do? Seems like a common thing across the board for M cars

180 000km but it was very badly neglected in it's life before I bought it. I'd put most of the blame mostly on the previous owners rather than the quality of OEM parts.

Bearing failure



12 brand new double springs for the intake side and 12 brand new double springs for the exhaust side.

I saw bearing come off an S65 that went over 10k rpm yesterday, I'll post a pic a little later.

Nice going there oom!

Almost done with the exception of a few minor details such as pistons rings oil pump sump cylinder head cam box inlet manifold exhaust manifold flywheel clutch kit gearbox harness car.........
