After selling my E46 320i ( Was jst tooooo LAZY!!! for me ), and scouting for the past Few months for a 325i touring Project, I found one with Lots needed but LOTS of potential

its a 2001 E46 325i touring, has about 280k on the clock, Full service history, Spare keys, sunroof, Pdc etc etc etc

The PO Smashed the Car, and it sat as it was for 6 months. When i went to look at the car, 2 weeks ago, Amazingly, she fired right up and Even moved in that sad, crashed state..

When i collected:

How difficult to do (if at all possible) a Facelift transplant on it?

Bonnet, fenders, bumper, grills, headlights?

The car was pretty much straight
These are the ONLY real problems on the chassis but are repairable as it is. No chassis straightening needed...
Also, a dent on the passenger Rear door and Quarter panel

The tear-down:

The Bumper arm ( No idea what to call it ) its where the Bumper stiffener connects to

SO YES, STILL HAVE A FEW SPARES TO SELL FROM IT!!!! DASH,AIRBAGS,CLUSTER ETC ETC ETC ETC

Hehe, at least with all the front bits off it's sooo easy replacing PS pump, water pump, belts and pulleys.

Did them all on my e46 in the cramped space available.

So the car is Mobile...

Has some Drivability issues when idle so been Looking into that for that Past few weeks but its daily driven..

Issue:
At idle, Low revs of about 650-700 RPM, The Car will ping Between 1000 - 3000rpm but still has all the power

when the Idle decides to correct itself to about 800-900rpm, There is No Ping, But car is lazy as hell!!!

nothing on the ECU but Misfire codes on 1, 4 and 6cyl.

It only Misfires when idled for like 5min.
Revs are bouncy, Plugs are Carbon fowled and Smells of fuel
Thinking maybe the Airflow meter??

I put a hold on the rest of the Cosmetic work for now to focus on the driving issue but have few tests planned for this weekend and see if i can narrow it down

this is what she looks like currently

for-1999-2000-2001-font-b-bmw-b-font-font-b-e46-b-font-3-series_6237022848.jpg

Will Attache some Interior Shots once i get the car cleaned And will Magnify the rest of the Cosmetic's that needs attention

Thanks for all the kind words
