Picking up sump gasket set today. So Peter and I can start reassembly asap.
In other news, today I went past project Shift, and Burgy fitted the new HKS dumpvalve to the Supercharger intake manifold. Looks so awesome. Burgy had to get a custom mount bracket made to get the HKS to fit the manifold as the manifold was originally meant to fit the Active Autowerke dumpvalve.
Pipes and intercooler getting picked up this week. Injectors are here. All set and ready to go.

Ok boys and girls tomorrow we officially start assembly of the motor.
All that is required to assemble is here minus the manicurist.
I hope to have the sub assembly completed by tomorrow night the head by Thursday and the engine completed ready for the car by Saturday all things being equal.
Let us see how it goes.

I offered you a manicurist peter, but surprisingly I never heard back on this subject...

Here be some photos.... I've put them on Photobucket so Peter's machine doesn't blow up. It seem's to not like IMGUR.
Even though the Head and Block were Acid Dipped to get rid of excess silicon, Peter still had to try screw some out.

Peter is unhappy about the lack of a manicurist.
Checking Piston Ring sizes.
Filing down the piston rings to get the gap within acceptable tolerance
The gap that was filed out of the piston ring to get it in tolerance
Got loads of video footage that I will edit and upload maybe tomorrow... going back to Peter in a few hours to start the cylinder head assembly and mating the Block and the Head tonight.
