So as you may have guessed we hit the mystical mark of 500 Whp yesterday. A little eth in the tank and a dash of water meth, and presto:
The general consensus is to keep the car there for now so that I can get used to the power. I haven't driven it in this spec yet so I'm both very nervous and beyond excited to go and fetch her this afternoon. Leon says the car runs like an absolute beast :rollsmile:
I would just like to say a thank you or two, so if you're just interested in the build you can stop reading here :grin: I've received so much help from another forum member KrS24. Thanks for all the help, advice and expertise bud!!! You don't understand how much it is appreciated. This gentleman's self taught knowledge on N54 engines and this specific conversion is almost unmatched, and he has guided me from the start. He really did his homework and it paid off have a look at his
thread.
And secondly but to no lesser degree I would like to thank Leon and the guys from FR&R. The work they did is sublime to say the least. Very neat, and with the performance to back it up. even though we hit countless setbacks and numerous issues Leon stuck with it and made it work.
So I say to you gentlemen
