I was also very impressed by it to say the least, I knew TMSS do some good work but this was beyond expectations.

Update

Leon let me know that with some fresh 95 in the tank, and the boost slightly higher, 15 psi, we hit 436 Whp. Unfortunately I couldn't be there. We are now in the process of increasing boost and slowly adding Meth and Eth. Building towards the 600 Whp target.

I uploaded another video of Leon taking the car for a test drive, unfortunately the sound on the clip doesn't work.:sorry:

Update:

So as you may have guessed we hit the mystical mark of 500 Whp yesterday. A little eth in the tank and a dash of water meth, and presto:

The general consensus is to keep the car there for now so that I can get used to the power. I haven't driven it in this spec yet so I'm both very nervous and beyond excited to go and fetch her this afternoon. Leon says the car runs like an absolute beast :rollsmile:

I would just like to say a thank you or two, so if you're just interested in the build you can stop reading here :grin: I've received so much help from another forum member KrS24. Thanks for all the help, advice and expertise bud!!! You don't understand how much it is appreciated. This gentleman's self taught knowledge on N54 engines and this specific conversion is almost unmatched, and he has guided me from the start. He really did his homework and it paid off have a look at his thread.
And secondly but to no lesser degree I would like to thank Leon and the guys from FR&R. The work they did is sublime to say the least. Very neat, and with the performance to back it up. even though we hit countless setbacks and numerous issues Leon stuck with it and made it work.

So I say to you gentlemen

I will be at the Fanatics dyno day tomorrow (Saturday) night if anyone is keen to see and hear the car run.

If you guys noticed the graph below Girevik77's 504whp. That's my graph. This revised setup comes into power much harder than mines. And the torque figures are intense. I went for a road test yesterday in this beast. Bare in mine I run my car daily at 520whp. But this car is a different animal. Its beyond exciting! on the 17psi I was properly scared (run flats) at 20psi I nearly crapped myself.

That design took me some time to make it to make sure you have more than sufficient flow from the turbo but also to make sure you get a nice crisp tone through boost. I added you the side branch resonator to eliminate some of the drone without taking away from the performance of the system. That way you can drive the car and arrive at your destination without a headache
Also the exhaust tips i set that way to give it an aggressive stock look

Awesome stuff, I also need to do an inspection on the system once you have done some mileage just to make sure everything is nice and settled in.

Leon did a great job with this car, I doubt anyone could have done it any better and even though it wasn't an easy job for us it was a pleasure to be a part of the build
