The reason SDP turns it down is because it loses traction in the higher gears. He doesn't turn the boost down due to launch problems. so there's no point switching to high boost in 3rd gear.

Kak man, when he hits high boost the earth rotates a bit and ODI is north running so he doesn't wanna shift the poles.

Strong cars these I hope one day I can compete.

well.. if you stop fiddling with the nail polish and get cracking with the C63.......

You need about 650 hp to run 300 on 1 kilo in a 1400-1500 kg car

I believe more....(remember your car is run on Budler's low reading dyno)

Yip but on the run I turned the boost down to get the car not to wheelspin too much so thats why I estimate 650

Did you turn the boost down only for the launch and then up while on the move?I have been told by a couple of people that you guys are running well over 2 bar,whatever the case these 328's are very very quick and made the Nissan boys extremely nervous,they disappeared quickly after the 300kph run.I remember reading a post a while back from a Toyota driver saying that BMW's are crap and will never run with the jap cars,you guys proved them wrong!

I Never get to 2.0 bar yet, but unless I use a better tyre there’s no use.
I'm not scared to boost my car,Its just doesn’t hook up and I end up going slower. I remember one of the Z4's having Mickeys, I want to try a set like that, Should be better than the Toyo's I used

Keep in mind Sergios card had a lot more than just the turbo done, best way is as Ed suggested

Yeah on these 2 x Z4 M Turbo's we talking full motor internals, turbo, intercooler and mapping etc

911 boxers Z4 the latest 1 to leave Savspeed has even stronger internals and can handle more boost but im sure if you speak to Sav he will work something out for you on a budget that suits you.

Hi George how is your C coming along?Are you still going with that big conversion you showed me last time I saw you?How are you going to put all that torque down without moving the world or causing a earthquake?:biglol:

Mickeys are only good for the 1/4mile in the Z4 and the car becomes very nervous from around the 200kph mark.I will be using normal tires for the kilo as I am more interested at the speed I will be doing,hopefully above 240 as I have read on the vw forum:roflol:I don't want to turn this into a full on drag car and am even considering a Z4GT3 body kit to allow for 325+rears to try and put all this power down,it realy is silly and spins to 160 at 0.9 bar if I floor it flat!It is by FAR the strongest Sav car around,by FAR!I made a new aprilia 1000cc look like it was slow from 100-220 and I was 2 up at 0.9 bar,no BS!

R155 k without extras for the motor alone for a kit like Sergios and then you have to make it turn and stop as well!Not that bad considering that you can spank almost any production car or bike out there to 300kph.:tease:

I have been holding back for a long time but think the truth needs to be told.I AM NOT A RACIST,PERIOD!!!This crap was written by Riaz and is a load of horse***t and secondly i did not admit to saying it either.If there was a room with a dozen angry guys upset about revo posting this crap and some name saying was said doesn't mean anyone is a racist.Everyone swears and calls names when they are angry!I cant believe that Shaun twisted what happened and will be seeing him VERY VERY soon on the drag strip and would like to know how he is going to explain to everyone when its over.The fact that revo have to resort to these tactics to boost themselves is really low and to choose a Savspeed car on top of it is the most stupid thing i have ever heard.A 328 turbo at low boost will give his RS3 a proper spanking!!!On that night myself and my friend Stelio(11.4sec.R35 GTR,V10 R8,430 scuderia) were on the way home from fr&r and saw Shaun at the robot,he launched his car and i pulled off normally and gave it some gas while on the move.My clutch was slipping at only 0.2 bar so i stopped next to him and told him to go rolling from 2nd gear and i would give it a squirt and see if it would grip,he nodded his head and then hit the launch control.This happened 2 more times and on the last time i told him to even count to 3 while in second but he launched again so i turned around and went home,that is what happened and the next day when Stelio heard what they said even phoned revo looking for Shaun!These IDIOTS on the vw forum really think that this RS3 is unbeatable and one guy(Spid3r,Corne')even claims that he knows me very well and that I sold my GT3 RS to buy this Z4 because the GTR's were obliterating my Porsche!WOW!How come do I still have my GT3 in my garage?These guys are very productive on the forums!
