I meant no disrespect to the mercs,I know that the autos in them are not the most efficient and chow quite a bit of power.Basha at motronics told me that a E92 M3 and a C63 make about the same power stock but I know that you know what you are doing.Here is a dyno of my Z4 at 1.5 bar boost with 105 race gas.Sav saw 608WKW but is scared that his dyno will hit a tilt as the load cell is already at its max so he didn,t take a chance and run it again.My car can rev to 9k with my internals and unlike his other cars my power curve does not drop towards the end.It is running very rich for safety but will be fine tuned for the run.We decided this week to build a full race motor running exotic fuel and will probably be running 3 times the fuel that we are now!Look at VS motor builds to get a idea of how extensive this build will be.THA VALO FOTIA STO DROMO!

He dialed down the torque as it was destroying the clutch and i think that over 900nm@wheels is more accurate.Come on guys,you,ve got to give Sav credit for this!

This was at 0.9 bar in the beginning when my car was cutting out,look at the torque at 5k and the car was not even mapped yet!

So does that mean that your car has some stuff not working as standard in order to get around the software issues (like TC based on your example above)?

So does that mean that your car has some stuff not working as standard in order to get around the software issues (like TC based on your example above)?

My car is a track car and I decided to leave it off as it intervenes way too much for my driving style.All my cars run TC off,even my stock M's when I had them as they slow me down on the corners.I also don't enjoy 4 wheel drive(incl.gtr's,911's or even lambos)as the only thing more irritating than a nagging wife is understeer.I similarly don't enjoy autos or dual clutch unless I am cruising with my family as it takes the fun out of driving(FOR ME)and you need a clutch to do the things I do when playing(anyone that's been with me will know what I am talking about)Ken Block style!You can't do that with a auto.That is just my preference and I am not saying that any of the above are not good and i am NOT Ken Block either guys.

Okes like what? Just becuase I wont suck your balls because your have a fast car built by a tuner?

Just because a car is built by someone doesnt mean it doesnt deserve critisism. If the critisism is a lie, then I agree, it is uncalled for. But just because its built by almighty SAV and does x speed over x distance at x exit speed doesnt somehow make it (or its owner IF he is a racist prick) immune to critism. If you to brand blind to see my point, then there is no right path to show you.

@911, I know Sergios car go the KWV3 suspension and you got the KW Club Sport suspension installed in yours.

If you don't mind me asking do you recall how much the suspension was (this is something I am thinking about doing down once I get on top of the car a bit more)

And secondly how much stiffer is the Club Sport over the V3's? Does it really force the car to be track only due to the harsh / firm ride? Or can it still handle daily roads, all be it with more bumps?

They are very similar and I actually prefer the clubsports more.My GT3 RS which I have done corner weights and full race alignment lowered another 15mm (just dont go to porsche motorsport cause they charge nearly 30k just for that!!!)is very aggressive so the Z4 feels like a limo compared to that.Clubsports go for around 30-33k with top mounts,I also suggest eurathn. bushes and engine mounts for track warriors but semi's are going to make it a little bumpy on the road so stick with a good road tire like michelin ps 2 or cup's.This setup would be fine for the road and surprisingly not too hard!

If you concerned about the ride and want the best of both worlds google for the KW DCC, they have three adjustments in car and with a iphone or ipad the adjustments are infinite. I am not sure if they have released for the Z4 but it seems they can be adapted for any model. I am getting the kit for the Merc which isnt plug and play but the wiring seems pretty easy.

What is your Application? Track days, stance or just better handling?
I have the KW Clubsports with top mounts and spring rates have been increased for track use and they are comfortably hard. 911 Z4 is even more comfortable as his spring rates i think are still stock. Variant 3 is still too stock vs proper handling rigid like the Clubsport for me.


I use mine with track setup on road but when we go aggressive for Lap times etc we increase spring rate and alot more camber which does not drive badly but the wagon battles to track straight on open roads etc. Normal nice ride height and camber settings you will enjoy so much and you will know they are in but your ride is still good. Gives the M cars so much more driver feedback and rigidity.
