Running a single box, 63 pipe from downpipe to exit, on page 1 and 2 of this thread you will find pics of the build progress on the engine and management, basically some prior history on the car aswell. The block was reconditioned and bored to 20 thou oversize, sourced Arias forged pistons, brand new TS rods, arp rod bolts, fully balanced bottom end, some headwork but need to go smaller on ports, lost too much compression after the second stint on the head. Had to modify a lot of spares, manifolds, radiator fans , for all to work and fit properly.
I have done roughly 20 000 km on the car since the conversion, had small hickups along the way but all sorted for now, the only thing holding me back currently for a road trip down to Kzn is the manifold studs and bolts keeps coming loose no matter what i tried for it not too, strangely enough it only happens on a road trip of about +/- 200 km
