5cm turned out to be allot. But honestly, im so rocking these wheels.

It does not scrape, so im happy.

Discussed with the guy who going to do the arches for me, he busy with too much cars but he will contact me once he is ready.

For now, ///M loving it!!!!!!

Those wheels suit the touring... just need to widen those rear arches now:bravo:

@sash , Exctly, i was thinking of installing spaces in front for the fronts to at least stand out little more

But still toying with that idea.

Car is booked for January 2020 for the M3 arches, E46 M3 Half Wheel well and front Fenders Merged and to be welded in.

Once thats done,, will get front Panels and rear bumper then SPRAY!!!!!!!

but the other M3 bits Are costing a penny so not going to spend on tires just yet. lol

2 x Front Bumper Slides ( mount onto the front of Wheel Well ) - R300 pair
2 x fender side Grills ( one with M3 Logo on it ) - R800 pair
1 x ORIGINAL Rear bumper with Difuser - R5000 complete
1 x M3 bonnet - R6500
1 x Radiator Craddle - R2500

M-Tax is Evident.
These prices are cheapest i found from random sellers...

I am Scouting Auctions for a damaged donor E46 M3 But nothing in my budget yet

And yes, I have got the go-ahead from the Mrs .. ( with the approval, she included a list of things she wants. LMAO!!!! )

if it were me id probably stick a spare set of 225's at the back so long and hustle to do rear arches...mod rear bumper to fit arches....it doesn't look bad now at all but i guess you just want that clearance. or even put the 245 tyres in front will help fill the front arch so long as well :fencelook:

Call Dennes Engineering and ask them for a quote, they are 15min from your house.

They manufacturer small scale machines and do lots of odd machining jobs.

You can see their stuff on Instagram as well.

I have called dennes And they said the do not specialize in Alloy Wheels etc
But could possibly do it

They too refered me to Hi-Tech in JHB....

I dont think i want to machine these wheels... dont want any sort of Imbalance on them :fencelook:

Im fitting 225/45s this weekend, as per individj, on the rear to see how far they tuck in.

Rest we check from Jan next year when car goes in for arches

this one will not be gutted. Will be starting a Build thread on this Non-Runner 2004 330d Auto as soon as i get the head removed and inspect damage Swirl Flaps caused..

165k on the clock. So this one is worth saving ( IF THE BLOCK/PISTONS IS NOT TOAST )

Touring Project is on hold till next month for the arches..
