Project E46 330i Touring

ok so my touring's Roof lining Finally started Sagging :blueCry:

Plans for this weekend will be to remove the roof lining and DIY redo it.

Will post up some images of the process for whoever needs this done..

I did a hood lining swap on my E46 from the Grey to Black (Mtech II)... Took me almost a full day just to swop :roflol:

Also, would be keen to know what brands and prices you paid for your suspension bits.. Currently doing costing on a suspension refresh for control arms, LCAB's, Stabilizer links, tie rods and rack ends.

Next step will be to look at the shocks and associated bits which is another costly exercise :fencelook:

I get a Message from someone More a brother to me than a friend, He randomly Asks me, AC Schnitzer or E90 Msport??

I was lost for a second, then he told me, "the AC's are yours, come fetch them"

He just gave me a set of 18inch AC reps with decent tires on, for nothing.:blueCry:

The need little work, he was in the process of restoring them.
Fetching them tomorrow and will see what they look like on the wagon

Test fitted the wheels..

Already sent them away to be refurbished

And no, i did not do the roof lining... Laziness at its finest

Small update.

Got the rims back from being repaired.
Lips were polished and curb rash fixed
Plan is now to split the rim and Spray the centers

Installed my angel eye rings i had laying at home

And a random pic with my cousins car

I really want to tackle my roof lining this weekend so lets hope all goes according to plan

currently, the 8.5j rears are running on 225/45/17s..

This weekend will be getting the 2 x 245/45/17s, ( Is this right?? or was it supposed to be 245/40/17s originally ), for them.

Also going to install the Mtech 2 front bumper

Weather hasnt been lekker past few days...

Also, I have my sites set on an Mtech 1 E46 ...
Mainly want the Style 44 wheels as a spare set for myself and the rest to breakup BUT, lets see if my offer is accepted or declined...

Correct size for 8.5J rears is 245/40/17.

Style 68 is the best-looking wheel on M-Tech II. Style 44 works on M-Tech I.
