I should consider this egr delete, clean up swirl flaps and leave..as the E90's never suffered from flap swallowing and without the soot I don't think you will have a prob.. thanks for the share and pics :thumbs:

Honestly I am not 100% certain with the E90, I believe that an Egr bypass can be done with the software tho. But no harm in removing and cleaning it.:thumbs:

that is not the egr delete i was talking about,i want to remove the entire system,

but i have already done that mod of yours,that bottom bolt is a fun one haha,its almost quicker to remove the entire mani and then remove the erg part:biglol:

Lol ooooooooh, I was wondering what you were talking about when you started to mention coolant pipes ect. I think this is good enough for me lol.:fencelook:

So small update, I spent a small fortune at bmw today, Bought rear brake pads and discs,with the sensor, the rubber doughnut thing between the gearbox and propshaft , carrier bearing and the oil breather filter loo roll type. will post some pics later today. Went to visit Andy as well and got to meet Netercol in the process:thumbs:awesome chatting to you guys:rollsmile: will be at the FR&R dyno tonight to see what power my tractor is making:=):

Im worried about the oil seperator as the box says E60:fencelook:

Oil separator should work as the engines are technically the same in the 3 and 5 series... Or atleast this is what I think :fencelook:

powerflex now have diff mounts for non M e46 :)

I can see this being very good for some of the diesel monsters...

ok so I realised that Im an idiot and ordered an oil separator instead of a breather :bangdesk: anyway cars on 157 000km now so I might as well change it lol

lol Good to know, my diesel is going to remain a calm little tractor tho so the Meyle Hd ones will be fine:rollsmile: however im sure some promotec beasts will need them soon:thumbs:

Went to FR&R last night to get some figures for the D.



186hp and 535nm at the wheels so its fairly decent
