White MSport. Has a M Badge before the 125i on the boot lid. Also a 4 digit CA number.

Each to their own but personally thats like me chipping my car and sticking a R in front of the S3 badge.:yuck:

nice power gains though:thumbs:

Well... This is not the same. Mine is a MSport. Your argument about calling a S3 a RS3 is daft. The R is for AWD in all R models. And in any case mine is quicker and more powerful than a M135i.

But as you said..... Each to their own.

Check your facts  My S3 is 4WD.....All Audi S cars are 4WD well AWD to be more technical. S stands for Sport and RS stands for Race Sport.

And i don't feel its that stupid a 125i with a M sport pack and a chip on it does not make it a M135i.
I personally don't believe in rebranding of cars.
They all came out with their own badges for a reason.

My car has M badges all over from the factory. On the calipers, steering wheel, door sills etc. so I do not know what you are on about here.

:thumbdo:

.... And to add to that: I never claimed mine being a M135. I also never stated your S3 as not AWD.

What I am on about is that a M sport package is not the same as a MxxxI car. The M135i has that M badge cause it has different components tot he norm...More power better brakes etc and just like a level above the M135i is not in the same class as a proper M car like a M3.

And my point is I don't understand why everybody these days sticks M badges over there cars where they are not supposed to be......cause bmw puts them in strategic places for a reason like M135i, M235i etc

But hey as you said I drive a Audi so it does not matter anyway:non ono:

Ill just take my proper M car home and be quiet

you said "Your argument about calling a S3 a RS3 is daft. The R is for AWD in all R models." Thus implying my car was not 4WD.

Yes but you did not badge your car as a M320d on the boot.

Why? Cause its a 320d with a M sport pack, where as M135i is a M135i not a M135i M sport pack. Thus a 125i with a M sport pack does not make it a M125i

AnywayI give up obviously I'm the only one that has a issue with the difference between a proper M car and a M sport pack car.

Guess its cause I drive a Audi and my judgement is clouded.....Time for a friday afternoon sundowner.

Have a good weekend all

From September the 3 series MSport now has small M badges in between the front door and the wheel arch on each side, BMW is even adding more badges on the cars themselves!!! They cost R500 each apparently, it's a new thing now as I asked why mine which I bought in July didn't have them on.

Oh well

My point exactly.... I cannot help if BMW puts the badges everywhere. I just think it adds a nice touch to the other 9 M Badges!!!! :biglol:

Well... there is nothing tacky about my 125i. I think some of you are going a bit far with this topic..... maybe because you're jealous my 125 makes more power than a 135...... and uses much less fuel doing it!!!:joy:

Haha no no.
Didn't say yours looks tacky. Haven't even seen ur car bud. The front grill and the badge on the vivo looked tacky.
But I'm of the opinion of not adding badges to cars. But that's just me.
Congrats on the power u pushing, would love to ride shotgun and feel it.
At least I know I should avoid M125i's out there before seeing my a$$.

I have a 125i with M sport pack on and just today I was looking at all the little M logos all over the place and kinda wished they weren't there. It takes half an hour to explain to ppl what the difference is every time someone comments on them. On the other hand, my friend has a new A200 with AMG badges all over the car. So I guess that's just normal now a days. Just had another thought, how in the hell did Toyota justify the TRD badge on that lackluster auris?????

Just wondering how this car is running?
Been a while?
Anything else done to it.

And out of curiosity, the BMW ppk on the 125i, does it include a intercooler upgrade?
Or is it just software, and the ppk badge in the engine?

I tried asking that question from a dealership and they had no clue. All I know for a fact is you get a new engine cover and the m performance side skirt stickers. I wanted to order it but they only import the kit for 8sp auto.
