Maybe arrange for 2 convoys down. 6th and 8th. and one convoy up on the 10th.

Thanks yulz, was thinking exactly this. Whichever date we decide on.

Oct, nov...usually exams,,guys are fasting etc..

This is also a worry, at the end of the day we will probably go with the majority. I would love to do september. But the 12 votes are doing the talking thusfar.

Maybe just maybe we will sneak in a weekend run before the Nov 6-10 one...

I know of a place just south of Scottsburgh that has Log cabins and chalets that sleep 6 at decent pricing...will find link and post tomorrow stayed there twice before

Will this be fanatic only or can the wives and girlfriends join?

How about replicating the dub run or so?

Sticker up the cars, drive down in convoy, plan a fun day of sorts down here in kzn (mobile dyno, jumping castles for kids, braais etc)

I love this idea guys.

Why don't you have Magnets made for the doors.
I'm sure that wont be too expensive.
Plus can be used every time we do a mass ride.

Or you can get magnetic decals for your door.
Will look quite cool actually.
Last quote I got was R450 + VAT and this is Umhlanga Signs so a little more pricey than others. You can probably get it cheaper and bulk order will be even less.

However I'm not keen on putting anything on my car. Just personal preference. I like to keep my car clean. Also In case I end up in a 'TLGP' I don't want to represent if you know what I mean.

Was just going to say, whoever does opt for the magnetic decals, after getting permission from the powers that be to get them made, you have to remain at speed limit the entire way and no TLGP's at all :facepalm:

Thats the big difference between us and the vdub okes, they dont mind making up their cars to promote them having a run.
