If i were organizing this i would start off with arranging a Venue to cater for the event in Durban. Maybe get a few different dates, then put a poll up.

Last thing you need is to get confirmation from 50 people of the date, yet you can find a venue to hold the event at.

@ Fuzz I'd also like to go sooner, but don't mind going later either. Leave for me is not such a big issue right now.

@Phoenix we can either have 2 trips down and 1 up or 1 down and 2 up. We can settle that closer to time. Not too worried about that.

@Arbee I like the idea of having a proper KZN + GP meetup and event. It wasn't on my mind initially but I would at least love to dyno the car while it's down there. Get some proper Coastal power figures for the Trump cards.

@Yulz, maybe you guys can organise something for us? Suggestions welcome. If there's a Dyno by a track we can have a Dyno day on the saturday followed by gymkhana and some track time for those who are keen. While the rest of us can just park off and talk cars, soak up the fresh air and smell of BMW's in the morning.

Dyno day I think we'd need to have an idea of numbers to see if it's viable or not.

Yes I think we leave it running for a while still. I wasn't aiming for a huge road trip. I'm happy with 4-5 cars. The current list is way more than I anticipated. I'm just itching to do something sooner But need all the buddies to go with so Nov seems good for now.

If it's done over a weekend then no need for guys to use up leave.
Maybe arrange for 2 convoys down. 6th and 8th. and one convoy up on the 10th.
