Rocky Bay is a cool area but i doubt the parking area will accommodate all our cars

Dezzi's race track in Port Shepstone is an absolute stunner! Was there yesterday, was loads of fun.
Only problem is I think he is abit pricey to hire it for a day. No harm in finding out though.

Guys it is a multiple choice poll so if you're available for more than one of the weekends then select more as it then helps to see when majority are available.

I see 8-10 Nov is in the lead so far. I also would like a longer stay. From say the 6th Nov to the 10th. The Idea is to cater for the majority.

The couple of times I`v ebeen there there was quite a lot of parking...so dont think it will be an issue.

If i were organizing this i would start off with arranging a Venue to cater for the event in Durban. Maybe get a few different dates, then put a poll up.

Last thing you need is to get confirmation from 50 people of the date, yet you can find a venue to hold the event at.

Would love to stay longer, but my company closes in December so taking a mini vacation in November will be pushing it :fencelook:

Maybe have one trip there, and 2 trips back, the guys that can only stay the weekend can cruise back together and the ones that want to stay can cruise back, thus catering for everyone?
