Nice work. Is the gain, if any, from ceramic coating the headers worth the cost involved?

A quick search will tell you that ceramic coating enhances performance,however the primary reason that it was done was to keep the headers looking clean and rust free.

Looking lovely so far.

The other reason for the coating is the "significant" reduction in heat in the engine bay from the manifolds. I doubt there are any real gains to be made, just losses to minimise.

Peter - Why would one fit these manifolds, if the OEM ones look like this:

the OEM header looks like equal length headers whereas the pic at the top isn't....

Started with the first stage of cleaning. Once the worst is off I'll do a second pass to get to all the tougher bits.





The only product to use if you into cleaning corroded connections properly.

In order:
Protect, Wash, Clean. And you use it the other way around
