Ha ha.. Thanks guys.

I contacted VF about the correct pulley size for my supercharger and setup and they confirmed. 2.7" is the correct size. So my maths aint bad... ha ha ha.

If I never make it as a filmmaker, maths professor it is... :bangdesk:

Just got off the phone with Crash and we have decided to spend all his money from the next films now.

So...........complete engine strip and new rings and new everything as well as 12 tubes of red silicone sealant.

We have decided to respray the block a different colour ( you will recall it is a red base with peeling black overlay) so your serious suggestions would be appreciated.

Stay tuned and keep the suggestions flowing.

The guy who proposes the winning colour will become my official body double in the filming of Jezebel the Sultry Heart Breaker

Only 12 tubes...

Come on guys, be serious...

We all know it takes 14 tubes of gasket maker just for the headgasket, what about the rest.

And remember that if there is no sillicone in the water circulation system, the water pump will freak out, and hit you on the right nostril...

Sticking to BMW origins and looking at the Motorsport logo

Bmw_M_logo.png

RGB:
Blue — 0 138 201 (Hex: 008AC9)
Purple — 43 17 90 (Hex: 2B115A)
Red — 241 26 34 (Hex: F11A22)

Since the "old" Jezebel had the red colour I think the next phase in it's life should be the blue violet. (looks like a dark blue to me and I like it)

It is almost impossible to see the block when everything is assembled, so go bare and save weight:fencelook:

The man makes a point - sand-blast and polish to a high shine.

Jokes aside. Black radiate heat far better than any other colour, and with the SC, there will be plenty of that.

I would just paint it satin black if it were mine

For radiating heat, yes - agreed.

Crash - have a look at DupliColor's engine enamel range... They contain ceramic resin for added heat dissipation.

GM Low-gloss black should do the trick nicely.

LOL. I don't think you guys understood Peter's sarcasm. We are painting the block black. None of this pink and orange shit...

I just did ceramic coating on my supercharger intake. It looks great, would be cool to have the block covered in the same. hmmmm.

Well .....given Christophers' foray recently into the alternative lifestyle (as evidenced by the pics taken at the ice cream run) I would propose pink or some pastel colour. :dunno:
