I've done some catching up on this thread over the past couple of days, reading and watching from beginning to end.

Excellent work guys, and kudo's for making the effort with the videos to document as much technical information as possible in layman's terms.

Something else to think about would be how many man-hours you've spent on the car so far. I'm not sure if you've been tracking this at all?

But would be interesting to plot the hours on a y-axis, with the "probable divorce ratio" on the x-axis, lol

Hopefully they have not intersected yet

Always a great sound to hear when they fire up first time after major surgery. It never gets old.

Time for some trips for bread and milk to complete the run-in process (it would be interesting to see a video on your views on this and your methods followed).

Very interesting find...

But what if someone drove their 330i automatic hard for hours on the Autobahn? It should also not overheat. So a bit strange to think that the automatic version of the radiator could be a problem.

That said, the newer more efficient radiator can only help.
