The plan is to have Racing snake take the motor apart again to inspect everything and put my mind at ease that this car can sit on the limiter all day everyday, plus we want to add some "Level 7 Motorsport" TRICKS!

Then the motor will be installed and car tuned. Trying for as close as possible to 300wkw on pump fuel.

Still got a lot of parts to buy but have aquired a Snow Performance Water/Meth kit as well as a D1 Spec Adjustable FPR.

Still need:
Big Walbro Fuelpump
Larger Diameter Fuel lines
New Radiator- Open to advice as to what will work best here.
Red couplings-Project shift will supply! Hello Burgy!
The theme is red and white so a lot of things are being powdercoated white and odd metal parts will be powdercoated red.
Dent Doctor will be spraying the engine bay soon as well.

this is going to be madd
I am doing basically everything you can to this motor, acid dipping the block to free it of any build up in the jackets and aid flow. Will also have the block sandblasted to further free it of build up and improve flow.

Burgy at Project shift is busy high polishing my turbo intake. I am installing NOS foggers whe we start the build so its all plumbed in for later.

The head is already as tricked as possible im just going to polish the exhaust side till it looks like a mirror.
We are going to use a higher capacity oil pump to bump oil pressure too.
Looking at stronger valve spring options as well at the moment.

Oh and the block is O ringed as well i forgot.

Spot on! I have discussed suspension with Moranor already and I will be going the H n R route. I already have H n R springs and new shocks so will be getting stiffer anti sway bars front and rear with poly bushes everywhere.

A pic of the swirled valves and the clutch.

Had some stuff powdercoated red to run a red and white theme through the bay, the white was getting a bit clinically bland.

Shell coming home:

Progress: My car has some rust on the base of the A pillar and the drivers side shock tower. I decided to buy Javeds Shell as it had great condition fenders and the price was right. So we loaded the shell up on a little bakkie and drove it 30 kms home. Later that day i high pressure hosed it and cut it in half sold the rear for scrap metal.

I have paid a deposit on a water meth kit for the car and next month will also be buying a single NOS fogger for the car. The idea behind this is that i can mount the fogger onto the boost pipes before they are powdercoated taking away a need to disassemble and install it at a later stage.

While the new fender is being installed the front suspension is going to be sent in for sandblasting and powdercoating as well, ill look into ways of suring the suspension up a little at that time.

Have stripped everything out of the cars bay now in preperation for paint.

Have also installed 4 point black harnesses into the car using the standard bolt points and they fit exceptionally well in that guise.

@Moranor- The oaks who know me know ill push anything to the extreme with no real regard for anything. Everyone said it wouldnt fit and i was like -screw them! My brother myself and a mate chucked it on and sommer drove home with two ties holding it on.

Then at home we reversed at a decent speed and jammed on the brakes and it slid off!:roflol:
