We're so sorry, uncle albert,
We're so sorry if we caused you any pain.
We're so sorry, uncle albert,
But there's no one left at home
And i believe i'm gonna rain.

We're so sorry but we haven't heard a thing all day,
We're so sorry, uncle albert,
But if anything should happen
We'll be sure to give a ring.

"we're so sorry, uncle albert,
But we haven't done a bloody thing all day.
We're so sorry, uncle albert,
But the kettle's on the boil
And we're so eas'ly called away."

Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh,
Doo-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh,
Uh-uh -

Hands across the water, heads across the sky,
Hands across the water, heads across the sky.

Admiral halsey notified me,
He had to have a berth or he couldn't get to sea.
I had another look and i had a cup of tea and a butter pie.

"couldn't put it in something else
So i pulled it in the pie, alright!"

Hands across the water, heads across the sky,
Hands across the water, heads across the sky.

Live a little, be a gypsy, get around,
Get your feet up off the ground,
Live a little, get around.

Live a little, be a gypsy, get around,
Get your feet up off the ground,
Live a little, get around.

Hands across the water, heads across the sky,
Hands across the water, heads across the sky.

I heard somewhere that if you pee on your rims just after you've driven the car hard,
then the rims will wash extra clean and shine for months... :mmm:

What about using pool acid and spray it on so that it eats the dirt off
or using my drill wire brush :dunno:
or maybe my mother in law can just lick the dirt off with her devil tongue :mmm:

Some of you are acting like a bunch of bullies now. If I don't know better and if I ask for advice all I get are sarcastic comments. It's making me feel unwelcome to ask anything if this is the kind of response I get. Like I'm being judged by my responses. I had this stuff lying around that I decided to use and it seemingly took off the dirt and grime. Now if there is a big issue then fine, but please don't patronize me. If there are disadvantages, don't be sarcastic and assume I knew what they were because I don't know. I don't know the long term side-effects of this product.

Olorin... let me sum up: RELAX!!!!! :nono:
Seriously, before you pop a artery or something.
We bite and make fun ALLOT in here, as you well know.
Also I believe if you read your own thread, we all gave you good advice. :excited:
So I really don't see what is wrong with some fun making. :)
Tell you what, afterwards, if you still feel bad and offended, :bawling:
I will gladly go and "Skiet die bliksems!!' that annoyed you...
Oops!!! :mmm: Me excluded.

Coisman, I haven't been here for very long. I guess I'm not used to people making fun of me when I don't know any better. Its no biggie. At the end of the day, I'm really in the dark about this stuff and I'm willing to learn.

I remember the Oooolllldddd type alumium rims, like on my 85 twincam, I use to do them with braso. :mmm:
Also cause my dad told me to. dunno if that was different type of mag or not painted or what. :dunno:
All I know is that they shined like crazy.
I never tried it after that on any of my cars, too much other products out there designed for that.
So go to page 1 of your thread, and read up buddy, lots of info there. :thumb:
PS: to bad you in cape town, then you could have joined me and Beast for a breakfast somewhere.

Guys, thanks for the advice and comments. I'll try to do as much research as possible and will stop using Brasso from now on.

I was very busy this weekend and I'm busy charging my batteries for my camera so as soon as that's done I'll post pics.

@Olorin, A lot of people take life so seriously that they refuse to recognize the absurdity of much of what they do. Not that everything in life is a laughing matter. If you can laugh at yourself, odds are you experience less tension, less worry, and better health and you will have the priceless ability to put things in their proper perspective. :)

Thats what the car washes use, diluted pool acid.
I once saw an incident was an F430 + carbon brakes and pool acid. It didnt turn out well.

So basically you are saying that I should avoid car washes from now on ? :bawling: I'm a lazy guy, I usually don't like cleaning my car unless it's a life or death situation. :) I know, it's bad.
