Exactly..I once dealt with a case with a repeat offender for house breaking..he got out often with short prison terms until he got a 5 year suspended sentence..this suspect then broke into a garage and stole a pot and was arrested and he Is now serving 5 years..as much as the law can be frustrating at times or should I say most of the time but if reported it will one day make a difference

Of a truth the Mohammed Limbada guy is a thief and a scum bag. Robbed my friend of two brand new apple iPhone 7 164 gb and almost knocked him off with the X6 BMW he drove that day. He's last know registration number is MMM235GP BMW open roof M sport. He uses Virgin Active Gym in Bedfordview and we learn his father owns couple of business which includes engine garage and Nando's outlet around that area and he's been committing the crime for a very long time.
