I chipped my wife's E91 320d manual.
115kw - 149kw
340Nw - 390Nw
Not only did it improve the power and torque but it used to only pull from 2000rpm and it almost felt like you were hitting a brick wall at 3900rpm.
Now it pulls hard from 1700rpm and fades out (does not die) from 4200rpm to about 4500rpm but you are better changing up just before 4000rpm anyway.
It really made the 320d manual a much more driveable car and much much stronger. You are welcome to come test it if you like.
Downside though is, the ACS remap and exhaust tip cost me R19k... and you munch through your rear tyres
Yes, I'm really happy with the ACS but you'd probably do the same with an aftermarket chip and pay a LOT less BUT with motorplan issues though.
