racing snake said:guys those are not torx sockets. he needs a set of 'e sockets'.
moranor@axis said:looking now at my Torx socket set the Male bits are labeled with T numbers
the sockets are E numbers... from the pics my sockets look like they will fit perfectly over those heads...
im not sure if they are both called Torx or if the E sockets have a different name... mine came as a set together

If you pour some petrol or benzine into the port, and it pours out of the closed valve, you have a leak.
Thunder said:To all here where would I be able to get a tool to remove the valves from the head, remove and replace pistons, and balance the crank and camshaft when new pistons go in?
Also where would the best place be to get the pistons and rings and so?

Why do you need to replace pistons?
Is there a lot of sideways play on them?
If yes block needs to be measured to determine whether a rebore is required or a hone will do.
In replacing pistons you shall need to know how to mount the rings as well as how to insert pistons back in the block.
A hammer will not do.
Bruce you are starting to work in an area where you need a combination of knowledge as well as feel.
Best you do it slowly and ask lots of questions.
ALERT ENGINE PARTS will have pistons gasket sets bearings bolts etc.
