+1 from me for SMG Cape Town/Century City for carrying/completing an oil service for me on my 330i about a month back.

Autobahn bmw...hands down the best i have ever dealt with.

I always get greeted by name when i walk in, service is friendly and fast and when i need to book my car in for a service, they ask me when i would like to instead of being told in 3 weeks. They also keep me updated at all times during the day with the status on my car

the bigger dealerships are just too extended from a vehicle perspective and lose that quality of service.

Ive bought 2 cars at autobahn so far and my next M3 will probably come from there too.

I bought my 330i from SMG in Cape Town and so far I haven't received better service and have not had a more pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle, when purchasing a BMW a car of this standard, the service should be matched, and SMG CT have done that for me.

I think this is a very good thread....It gives us an idea of where the service is better than good....and crap, I am looking to change....always went to Auric Auto, but after my last experience, they have definately lost a customer
