Alberante BMW has the best service I have ever experienced from a BMW dealer. They know their stuff, keep you updated with what they doing on the car and are really friendly! If there is a problem they rectify it on the spot. Alberante rocks

Sandton Auto (the one next to Aston Martin) on the other hand... stay away!

Autobahn bmw...hands down the best i have ever dealt with.

I always get greeted by name when i walk in, service is friendly and fast and when i need to book my car in for a service, they ask me when i would like to instead of being told in 3 weeks. They also keep me updated at all times during the day with the status on my car

the bigger dealerships are just too extended from a vehicle perspective and lose that quality of service.

Ive bought 2 cars at autobahn so far and my next M3 will probably come from there too.
