My car struggled to start this morning, and then the yellow engine light of annoyance came on.
TC off, oil sensor, tire pressure sensor, crankshaft sensor, fuel and air pressure sensor, and a pretty heavy missfire when cold. And of course quite a loss of power. The car also gets warm a lot faster, but seems to settle at around 100C.
Could it have switched the temp gauge to display the coolant temp instead of the oil temp?
Hill start assist not working, together with the loss of power is quite something to get used to as well.
Now I'm really glad I extended that MP.
I can only get it looked at on Monday, so I will be driving a very slow BMW this weekend.
