Vehicle Service Cape Town

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone could recommend a reliable place in Cape Town to take my car for a service? OBD shows Service and the Oil Light. I am on 161 000 km with my 2009 320d auto and work in Century City.

BMW SMG Century City said it will either be R1500 or R5000? The one for R1500 is just the oil service and the R5000 is for other fluids service but they did not elaborate.

You can give Brilliant Mechanical Workshop a call at 021 671 0559 and speak to Ric.

They are in the Claremont/Kenilworth area and provide great workmanship they are also decently priced.

Did my oil service and rear brake pads/discs last year March and my waterpump in June through them,

I know this is probably not needed anymore, but felt I'd chip in. I use 3 Service Centre in Stikland. I have not been disappointed yet, and yes they do stamp your book.

I also take it to SMG, then your service history is recorded in your vin number also, only bmw dealerships can do this.

R1500 is the normal oil service, the R5000 service is the oil service, diesel-fuel filter, air filter and aircon micro filter. The R5000 one is done every 3rd service.

Normally they include discount it comes to R4500 last time for that service.
