Here is the previous mini review and installation of the BMS Catch Can Kit (335 Twin Turbo)

To reiterate, the purpose of the Oil Catch Can: Is preventative maintenance: Keep oil & contaminants out of your BMW air intake system, Intercooler & turbos and increases the engines performance and longevity.
This is how the catch can looks like:
Can installed:
Since March 2012, I can report the following (about 2,500 Ks done):
1. First removed the Stett charge pipe.
2. The intake pipe was (clean of oil) a little water moist but nothing serious:
3. And so were the Forge diverter valves & the opening to the Intercooler...all clean. Great news.
4. Unscrewed the bottom of the Catch Can (took 2 minutes max):
5. As expected there were enough oil collected that should concern one. In my previous mini review I collected much more oil but that was also because I had more kilometers done in comparison to this review:
This confirms why its important to install an oil catch can on a turbo charge car. :thumbs:
