Cecil is an artist with the welding machine.

Im at speedway, as i drove in, Jackson greeted me at the door. Wise pulled the car onto the ramp. Cecil greeted me and advised what he will be doing. He assured me that he is the correct person for the job at hand.

Cecil has just removed the left tip and setup the new tip, called me to confirm the placement. His placement is perfect. Im happy so far... He has secured the left pipe and busy removing the right one now.
