Oil Change 2006 320D Touring

Need to change oil and need some help please.

What oil to use?
What Filters to use and to change? (OEM, Oil, Diesel and what else)

any body got any pictures or video on filter locations and so on.

Changed Oil Filter, Air Filter and oil for R775.00 used GUD Filters and Castrol 5W30. The oil and oil filter was very easy 15min job the Air filter was a bitch but it is done. When I took the micro filter off it had so much crap leaves and sticks I wonder if they changed it 15 000km ago?
