After 1.5km I would expect a e90 330i to be about 230/240 on the clock at the reef ? What race track has 1.5 km to allow this speed , I would expect a straight about 1 km long , also need space to brake .

So jy het nie die eerste een gewen nie. nou dat ons weet jy wees eers GTI drywer gewees maak baie goed sin.

Moenie jou kop breek oor dit nie. Die 330d is by vere die beter kar om te he in my opinie en jy moet net nog die kar leer. Die 330i staan nie n kans teen jou as jy eers die kar geleer het nie, dit is al wat ons probeer se.

As jy wel besluit om die kar te mod is daar nie baie wat jou inelk geval gaan vang nie.

remapped 330d will definitely take stock 330i..

Cool Buddy ek hoop dit sal bter gaan met die volgende keer. maar doen die mod en dan sal al die ander se monde still wees want daar gaan nie baie wees wat jou sal probeer eers nie. onthou die Auto het verskillende ratkas funksies.

hy het Sport mode ook. Ek weet nie of jy weet nie.

SAL baie help met die volle gebruik van al die 330d se Torque. :thumbs::thumbs:

I have to admit this is true what the guys say. You need to know your car and auto you need to find the optimal shift points. We I had the Scooby I raped a lot of guys because it was manual and had no traction problems. In the 330d you can't just put foot to the floor and think you going to win, traction control on the 330d works hard if you don't switch it off or just at least one push, otherwise your car will limit you and go steady on the throttle. When I just got the 330d I had the traction control light come on a lot when I drive in a straight line and just trying to accelerate but have learned steady and slow will get you there faster.

very true.. i simply cannot win a encounter if i leave DSC enabled.. the traction control interferes too much..

but ofc you need to be confident that you can stay in control with it off..

So the 330i won the race against the 330d - have the software done and this will change, but what will always be the same, the 330i is always going to beat the 330d to the filling station! :fencelook: :rollsmile:

Yep, when I bought my E90 I was also considering a GTI, but as far as I am concerned, the E90 is just so much more of a car! Yep, traction control interferes a lot with these cars!!! :nonono:

Always make sure to press DTC button (yellow triangle should be displayed on instrument cluster) and change to sport mode before participating in an illegal street race. This will reduce the chance of loosing greatly.
