How's your build coming along Nikhil..waiting for your build thread:smilebounce:

part lazy and part time constraints to finish my car:hammerhead: will create a thread and finish it in a year or two lol

Some slow progress. Ceramic from inside Manifold had some flakes so had to be redone.

Interesting manifold.
Have you retained aircon?

Unfortunately not..Yes this design was to make up the most space for downpipe with the idea of dropping it like this
img-20180314-wa0004_4630754627.jpg
but then felt like it will restrict flow with a sudden bend

Very nice pipe work

With all that power you might wish to brace the engine against torque movement with a shock absorber like they used to do.

That turbo is sitting pretty in that engine bay  although is the heat not going to cause a problem over the valve cover like that? thinking plugs wires and rubber gasket? or are you going with the pipe straight down from the turbo?

I'm going to ceramic coat that pipe inside and out and currently working a fat induction to the hot side..if it still too hot then I will heat wrap over the coating.

Ceramic coating in and out will reduce radiant heat by almost half.

When I was speaking with Gary of Powerkote he told me that many under ground vehicles have their exhaust manifolds ceramic coated to reduce radiant heat.

yes and also keeps the hot gases inside to help spool fastest
