Went to track this morning. The figures and the car are awesome.Definitely money well spent. We just have to get used to the fact that the car sounds more like a v8 then v10.
STANDARD M6..................M6 BRANCHES AND EXHAUST
1/4 mile.......13.17.......175km/h.............13.7..........186km/h
1km.............23.47.......231km/h.............23.1..........240km/h
800mts........20.27.......216km/h.............19.9..........230km/h
100-200......11.2sec...............................8.7secs
100-240......19.67sec............................16.8secs
100-180......8.4sec.................................6.4secs
0-100km/h..5.27sec...............................6.2secs
5-100km/h..4.7sec.................................4.4secs
0-200km/h..16.57sec.............................15.1secs
60ft.............2.47sec...............................4.2secs
Traction is now a big issue.Look at the 60ft time and the car still posted a 13.7.If i take the difference in 60ft from std car to now and deduct it shows that with traction this car wii do 11.9secs on the 1/4mile.
Based on the formula i use to go up from 231 to 240km/h on the km the additional power will be in the region of 40kw.
Next software and induction.

Are these branches locally made? How equal are the lengths and how do they compare to Evolve and Supersprint versions? Pricing? Some of the aftermarket branches still give good low down torque
I had my cats removed by OB on Vee Ten GP and took some silencing material out of the exhaust system to keep the standard appearance when in for service. Picked up good power and a superb exhaust sound.
Will be interesting to compare results for the branches and cat removal to just the decat version.
If power and torque are up then I'm also in the market for one. Looking forward to your dyno results as well as the improved acceleration figures.
They will give you more power at the top and improve the midrange over the decatted stock branches. If you go to TNt ask jnr for the same spec used on the white M6 he did for Cleo. They have done a lot of development work with Chip Logic and the exhausts have come a long way, the car past the 500whp mark at the coast. I drove Cleo's M5 up here for a while and it's amazing how the midrange improves.
Job already done.See datalog specs.
