keys are locked in trunk of my car - Requires a locksmith

hey i have my BMW x3 2006 and i have only one set of my key which is currently locked in the trunk of my car. I have consulted to the locksmith to unlock the trunk but they told me to pay $650.00 i found them very expensive anyone knows a cheaper way to fix this then plzz share with me.

I take it you are from the states. And labour is expensive but $650 is just theft and you might aswell break the window.

I paid R350 to get into my boot when I locked the keys in thats 40$.

Go onto craigslist, search for a locksmith. Call 10 of them put the against each other tell them one guy said he'd do it for 100$ kind of thing.

What they did with my 3series, is slide an inflatable pad into the top of the boot just below the rear windscreen, then inflated the pad. Prying the boot upward. They take the cables out and jump the boot lock. You could probably google how to do it an buy the inflatable pad and small battery and come way under $650.

Goodluck, its a shitty feeling when your keys are locked in your car.
