Cut out the spare wheel well & replace with thin sheet of aluminium
just pop rivet plastic sheeting if you need to cover up a hole put the fuel cell where the old tank was its much safer there... also if you put it past the rear axel the amount of fuel you have will affect handling which is something you dont want

You should have done a few 0-100 recordings etc before this all started, to see how the weight affects performance

We did take it out for a spin before and after the interior was removed, MASSIVE difference. However,
I have a mate with a 328i E36 and another with the e36 M3, will do a run with both of them when she's ready to see the difference. I know the M3 will crush, but I want to see how small the gap will be

Also, I have done some research on branches and exhaust system: I have been advised by most places to get my hands on the e36 m3 branches and then fit
Option 1: 63mm single box system
Option 2: twin 50mm to single box with dual pipes
I have tried a few places looking for the M3 branches, no luck yet, Cliftons and Bruces are sold out... suggestions?

do this one but with just the letters not the backround
the e46 325i has duel 50mm i would go bigger 57mm fits the e46 quite nicely... find someone who can mandrel bend 57mm pipe for you

And then... I got engaged in March, so the funds for the exhaust, diff and suspension are now on my fiancées finger... :banghead:
BUT, diff is going in at the end of this month.
Had sometime on the oval a few weeks ago, great fun, but started to hear a "Ticking" noise so I didnt push it too hard. Said noise stopped while driving home from the track. Lifters me thinks?
