Okay these okes dont deserve this but they definitively were not just doing a litte TLGP or short sprint. these guys seems to be going to VERY high speeds.

Not a nice situation at all. If no fatalities or serious injuries, they deserve to have the damage done to their vehicles and be held liable for damage to property (if of course it was a race).

Well that's the way the cookie crumbles... If you prefer to race on a road instead of legally at a track, you'd best be prepared for any outcome. Yes, it might not be your fault if the other driver cant control his car but you willingly decided to put your life at stake coz anything can happen in these situations...

Just out of interest sake, what happens to the drivers of such vehicles if incidents like this occur, where no life was lost but with serious injuries and damage to properties? From a legal point of view now.
