It was designed by Pietro Frua, same guy that designed the 1600GT, e12, Opel Diplomat Coupe, Fiat 1100 Sedan, Maserati 2000 A6GCS Grandsport, 1956 Maserati 2 litre Sport, 1963 Maserati Mistrale and many others.

I might be mistaken but I think Ghia also had a hand in the e12 pie, and Frua was Design Head at Ghia. Anyway, I will research and report.

Well done! You are correct. That car has rear lights like a 2002, C-pillar of a 3.0cs and nose closer to a 503. I love this car.
