Just a caution when posting! Rename the pic filename before loading on Photobucket.

Why? Because if you right-click and save the picture, the name comes up!

If the car's name is the filename, it's a giveaway! :=):

Noted...

OK, here goes. This is not hard, but I am still looking for pics of the one I have in mind.

I also want to know what the chassis code (eg e92) was for this car... just to spice it up

But they still hard to find on google :thumbdo:

Not at all if you know how to use the search engine.

Now whats your car doing on a Latvian e46 forum?
http://e46.lv/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=12&rowstart=100

Well I don't know what model BMW I'm searching for :thumbdo:

And I have no idea how they have my car's picture , I think cause if you type messing metallic on google my car's picture is there due to BMW Fanatics being a public forum

...well I know its not a broom... :mmm:

It might not be a broom, but it is almost as ugly...

I was hoping I this one would take a while to figure out.

Here is a tip, It was based on a well known chassis, but looks nothing like it.
This car also had an "amazing" drag coefficient for its time. But still, that nose...

OK Guys, the car is definitely based on the 328 roadster.

I cannot tell what the E number for this particular car is, but this is known as the 1937 BMW (328) Wendler Coupe! :=):

Guys? :fishwack:

Clues? 1. Porsche made something similar in that era.
2. Anyone been to the Drakensberg lately?

Come on! Where are the men? Or is there a girl on the forum who knows the answer?

Wow, you got me here. It first I thought i might be an AFM-50 with a BMW engine. But it looks like a mid engine car. Also no derivative of the 700RS that I know of.

You really got me with this one .

OK, maybe some clues until someone finds out using these clues!

Should make it exciting!

Clue no. 2

And how about a third clue!

Hopefully, you will have just as much fun putting those clues together! Someone is going to get it!
