And I have no idea how they have my car's picture , I think cause if you type messing metallic on google my car's picture is there due to BMW Fanatics being a public forum

I was hoping I this one would take a while to figure out.

Here is a tip, It was based on a well known chassis, but looks nothing like it.
This car also had an "amazing" drag coefficient for its time. But still, that nose...

I cannot tell what the E number for this particular car is, but this is known as the 1937 BMW (328) Wendler Coupe! :=):

Wow, you got me here. It first I thought i might be an AFM-50 with a BMW engine. But it looks like a mid engine car. Also no derivative of the 700RS that I know of.
