MSM, i got a HID kit for my Headlights and fitted them this weekend. Easy to fit, just a PITA to get to the rear of the headlights.

You wont need the adapters, the H7 bulb fits perfectly in the original housing and adjusts as per normal. Besides, there is no space for that adapter.

With my laminx, they do not blind oncoming cars and i have them adjusted low.

Hey guys, u know your stuff here...

question: Why when I start my car up with lights on the beams go up and down? like a lot. Its like some fancy gismo thing I dont understand.

Also, how can I check if I have halogens or xenons? what shows the difference?

It is to make sure that both headlights are adjusted to the same level, if you say for instance replaced one of the headlight adjustors the headlights might be at different levels, so both are first adjusted to one extreme then the other and then taken to the position they should be as set by the setting.

It is possible that it might be for fault checking as well to see if things still work as they should.
