I know some of you might get irritated with me (because this is BMW forums and I drive Toyota) but don't worry...as soon as I get my BMW one day...I'll post trillion-zillion pictures

Hmm...sounds like an idea...I'll have to finish the current tyres first lol.

By whom could I do this?

Welcome Rommies!

I would take them to Hi-Tech Mag repair in Alrode to get them stretched. They're not cheap, but they are good.

The Supra was an iconic car in the late 80's and early 90's. I still remember seeing a red Supra at Bruma Lake in the early 90's. That was the first one I ever saw, until I saw yours at the hot chocolate run.

EDIT:

I see you want wider wheels... I would then have a lip put on the outside to the wheel fills the arch better

Thanks guys! Sounds like an idea!
Maybe I should just bite the bullet and get those lenso wheels at post #44 (page 3) ?

those wheels could really do with some spacing :)

I was a T-junction robot. Otherwise I would've tried to do it from 0-100km/h. Quite hard to drive while trying to record :fishwack:

[video=youtube]
Nothing really special though lol.

Dude that thing HAULS!

What happened on the last midnight run? How did the Supra compare?

And the clock only goes to 180? How many times do you wind that thing around

Thanks Speedy...will let you know....this week is just really hectic at work and the weekend we've got the rAge thing on...

And I've got trouble with my car...
(Ok I'm busy stripping my car hehe)

I found the problem why the drive belt jumps off:
The alternator is loosish..so the belt not running smoothly on the pulley.
And the alternator bolts onto the waterpump (top bracket). And it looks like the waterpump bracket for the alternator was broken before and they tried to fix it by welding it...not a great job if you ask me....

I'll find some quotes on a new waterpump...otherwise I'll have to take the waterpump + alternator out...and give it to someone to do a proper welding job.
And the other problem is...the bottom bracket for the alternator is on the engine block...and that bracket is broken as well.... big kaka. (they tried to clamp it with a washer ai)

So long story short...the bloody alternator is loose.
