Honestly though. I wouldnt bother with powerflex on a 320d. Rather just get meyle HD bushes for what needs replacing.

Would like to get it as close to tip top condition with same part quality as OEM if not better. Not saying there is anything wrong with the car. Would like to get everything done. Then i know whats done and its perfect.

I highly doubt ALL your bushes are worn. I see you are going to speed way to have them check. Have them checked and replace what needs replacing with meyle hd which is better than oem. If you really want to improve the cars suspension then get koni fsds. Or if you want performance get a dp and remap if you haven't already.

a full re-bush is ALOT of money even if you go rubber... this is why most people replace them over time as needed

unless its a full track build then it is critical all the bushes are good to hold the suspension geometry true

Thanx for the advice - yes will be going this Saturday for a check up.

I know something in the front will need replacing (but def want to do the shocks), when i drive say on a uneven straight road i do sometimes get a metal clunking sound, and suspension feels "hard" when driving on a road where say potholes are fixed - light sounds will also come from the front (not sure how to describe - but its not silent lol). In my dads Audi everything is smooth and has 30000km more than me (180000)
