First time BMW owner regretting it! Help?

Ok so after much hasstle Top Gear Auto has done the following to the vehicle since my purchase in August 2015:
-New Radiator
-4 New Tyres
-Service
-Gearbox Recon (Done by Budler Motorsport, 12 month warrenty)
-New BMW Turbo (Done by Budler Motorsport, 12 month warrenty)
The car finally has no problems. But of course they "Washed it" for me and left nice big scratches on the bonnet.
Lol, how can one dealer mess up so much. Any way the car is awesome and has tons of power.
Next come the mods. Nothing too crazy. Thinking Carbon Docter and JB$ + Down pipes.
