E46 330 getting restored and supercharged

dual 57mm is a good setup on a NA 330i, for supercharger its better to go dual 63mm.

The stock exhaust is dual 50mm, I went up to dual 57mm.

I think it becomes too low at 76 but I could be wrong.

You're completely right, pipe diameter would need to increase on the headers to necessitate the 63mm exhaust. There is plenty meat to be taken out of the M54 exhaust ports for better flow.

think to get full advantage you would also need to get bigger valves...

I would save this kind of work for a later upgrade build would probably make crazy power if pushed this far but would also be very expensive as Im sure bottom end work will also be needed...

The relocation unit was imported from the UK, I still have an extra one (new) if you like, but it's the individual button one.

So today I got another overheat, or at least almost, so took the car back home and went and bought all cooling parts from the water pump to the cooling cap. Now I can safely say cooling issue is resolved.

While I was at it I did a oil change as well.

Still in search for a M3 oil cooler before I can start the supercharging fun

I wanted to fit the shocks today but got a shocking surprise when I saw the left king pin had a crack in, so will buy a new one tomorrow and fit the shocks this weekend.

I installed the Back Konis the weekend and have to say the condition the old shocks where in was horrific. Just love the improved handling and the fronts aren't even in yet, just need to get the spring compressor tomorrow with left kinpin.
