Time to show you some interior pics before I get cracking on it. Previous owner attacked it with shitloads of vinyl dye and spraypaint! Didn't even mask anything off, just sprayed!!!

New clutch/flywheel is in with 6puck copper clutch plate and E90 323i gearbox.

Bi xenon retrofit time, donor headlights are from a Merc. One headlight finished, will do the other tomorrow.

whats the cost on a used E90 323 box? what other mods need to accompany it to fit s50B32?

R6k for the gearbox, R7k for e46 330i new clutch and flywheel, R750 to shorten/balance propshaft and R200 to shorten gearbox linkages.
