Thanks Dippies, I have sent you a email and I would like to further this case, I really appreciate any assistance as this is unacceptable on the part of the dealership and worse was to note that BMWSA could do nothing, I spoke to Lawrance Titus from there, I have had issues last year with a previous F30 that I bought brand new and struggled with the knocking noise on the suspension, after emailing The MD of BMWSA and MANY fights etc I had my car taken back after 10 months. :thumbs: so I am prepared to fight this one as well, just so that he dealership can be disciplined, not that I'm desparate to deal with Supertech, this is a case of principal. For after sales service without a doubt take it to Forsdicks or SMG Durban.
Forsdicks is close to me so I go there, Brian or Rutesh are best to have your car booked in with and make sure you ask that Stephen attends to any faults you complained about. That oke is a diagnostic genius even when it comes to minor things like rattles.
Thanks bro, it's now booked with Forsdicks.. But I still feel that upertch should be brought to book, I called their service manager Steven, left many messages for him to call but to no avail. I have always been surprised at his shocking customer service, but I guess he wouldn't have a clue on how to help me even I'd he did call :roflol:
