Dealership refuses to repair vehicle

After a long discussion with some of the bmwsa management team, they also stated that they do not get involved with disputes between dealerships or repair centres and customers,. Which is very dissapointing to me.

And the awnser they gave cliff, I mean come on its worse then leohease in centurion.

Guys stay away from those two places, boycott them.

The issue between Cliff and the Dealership was a personal issue according to BMW and therefor they do not get involved.

Depends on your dispute every client response will be judged on individual status according to them and then decide if they will intervene or not.b

It became a very personal issue when I was messed around for months on end by both the dealership and BMWSA.:thumbdo:

Only when legal action was threathend then there was a speedy resolution. The dealership did little or nothing to assist me, giving me the impression that they didn't want to upset the apple cart between themselves and BMWSA:thumbdo:
