Dealership refuses to repair vehicle

Hi Guys, I have always had my cars serviced and repaired at BMW SUPERTECH in DBN, however i was informed by them that they will not do my current headlight repair ( misting up) :argh: this is proberly because I did not buy this car from them. I am fine with going to another dealership however, as i have had many issues with their work in the past :thumbdo:The car was bought brand new in July this year. 2 questions, 1: do they have the right to refuse a customer seeing that they are a BMW dealership, and 2: has anybody had a similar issue ?

I will be taking this up with BMW SA, and my other channels as well.
Thanks.

Let us know what happens but :bangdesk:

Just got of the phone with BMW SA and according to the them the dealership has a right to refuse, so I asked them what happens if every dealership refuses then are we to take the car back to factory to repair??:roflol:

Ppl must be made aware of this and how Supertech operates.

That's BS it is covered by MP as it falls under the Warranty and any dealer must address this problem. First time I hear of this. In the Warranty period u also qualify for a courtesy car is repairs take took long.

Then go to another dealer

I will be taking it to another dealer, but it's crap cos BMW SA should bring Supertech to book! They have messed up for far to long, I guess it was time that I changed over in any case:idea: had many issues with them.

What is sad to note is the BMW SA seem to be more for the dealer then us the customers and WE need to change this !

I'm almost certain the guy you spoke to from BMW SA was just trying to cover up for BMW

Behind the scenes, we never know what goes on :fencelook:

Dude seriously, why even bother they have such a poor reputation all over this forum and generally. Why oh why would you even want them to touch your car. Forsdicks looked after you when buying, they will look after you with servicing. Book it in with Rutesh and when there booking it in chat with Jason.

I would only allow Supertech to service my wheelbarrow.
