But to summerise, she is gorgeous, and I'm not a red head type of person, she has green eyes and dark slightly wavy red hair with beautiful soft looking skin that you just want to touch (even if it means getting bliksemd by her bf) and perfect rack that you could only wish to see in the afterlife

Auric Auto quoted me on a genuine Water pump, but replaced it with a used one, and charged me R5000 for the job, also asked them to check the radiator cause it normally gets busted by now, and they said that it is fine and that I should not worry about it.Now I am having to fork out more money to fix the shit they caused and on top of it u get really bad service which they not willing to compromise. Makes me wonder if it is really worth it going to Agents in the first place.

Just been to "Foursticks" BMW Tygervalley for a globe for my E 36 foglight.
R 57,00 vs R 17,00 from Autoparts etc. Quite a big difference for exactly the same thing.
Anyway, decided to support my local stealer 9parts dept), cause they helped me out with the PCV story, lotsa good advice etc.
I will gladly support their parts department. Dunno bout the service department. They made a nice mess with one of my dads friends' E 90 320i.

auric's service really sucks!! sent in my car to them for 1 particular problem and its still not fixed.

I've only been to Auto Atlantic and SMG. Used AA until SMG opened.
The only problem I had at AA is the long waiting period for a booking, avg a month, except for when its a F1 service that you need, then its a week.
SMG, is fantastic. You could book your car in for tomorrow or in 2 days time.
Regarding a courtesy car. AA, you are lucky if you get 1. SMG, will give you 1 if any aren't booked out.
Both of them are very friendly and good service. SMG is more convenient for me as its walking distance. If I was in the middle of the 2 then I would go to AA cos they are more "BMW" experienced than SMG.
SMG have mechanics from Mercedes etc. They still learning.
For example, I had a question which I asked both, and SMG couldnt answer me properly as AA did.
BTW, the hot chick's name is Nicky, that sits at the front desk of SMG. Theres 2 other babes there at SMG.

I bought my car from Auto Atlantic and I still have some IOU's from the dealership for stuff that were not thay way they pretended it to be when I bought the car. But both the salesman and the dealer principal have moved from AA, so I'll see what comes from my requests. Did 2 services at AA, can't complain about the workmanhip, it's the stuff that they DIDN'T do (which I asked them on the jobcard) that bothers me...
