Coolant leaking from oil filter M57 engine

Can someone please help with info on what could be casing this & how big a problem I have. I have a 530d f10 that's leaking coolant from oil filter or somewhere close, maybe housing. I have attached pictures here. Car has same M57 engine as f10 330d. Coolant is sprayed from somewhere below the oil filter housing on revving.
